application. HamlettRV will replace any defective product with an identical
product. If you need to replace a product please call HamlettRV.com at 1-925-
215-1762 so that we can supply you with an RMA# and instructions for returning
the product. Returns or replacement must be made within 30 days of the
original order. We will not replace items that were misused due to
incompatibility with the intended application. We can only send replacements
once we have received the “defective item”. All returns must have an RMA
number. We do not offer refunds for defective items, we only provide
replacements for these items.
